The Kmetija pr' Dragic online shop enables the purchase of the provider's products over the internet. These Terms of Business set out the rights and obligations of the provider and the buyer, and apply to all purchases made through the online shop.
The provider strives to ensure that all information about products, prices, stock and other details on the website is accurate and up to date.
Product photographs are illustrative and, due to the nature of the products, packaging, or screen settings, may differ slightly from the actual product.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they are aware of and agree to these Terms of Business.
The buyer may order products through the online shop by completing the ordering process.
After placing an order, the buyer receives a confirmation email at the email address provided when ordering.
The sales contract is concluded once the provider confirms the order, i.e. once the buyer receives an order confirmation.
The provider reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an obvious error in the published price, unavailability of a product, or other justified reasons.
All product prices are stated in EUR.
The price of a product is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in the online shop.
Delivery costs are not included in the product price, unless stated otherwise for an individual product or order.
The provider reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
The buyer may pay for an order using the payment methods available in the online shop.
The provider reserves the right to restrict a particular payment method for certain orders.
Order processing begins once payment has been received, or once payment has been successfully authorised, where applicable.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer when placing the order.
The online shop generally only delivers within Slovenia.
By special arrangement, the provider may exceptionally enable delivery to other European Union countries. The cost of such delivery is determined based on the actual shipping cost and is agreed with the buyer in advance.
Orders are generally dispatched once a week, or in accordance with the information published in the online shop.
The estimated delivery time depends on the delivery method and courier chosen. The provider is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by other circumstances beyond its control.
The buyer must check, upon receipt, whether the package shows visible damage.
In the case of a damaged shipment, we recommend that the buyer have the damage recorded by the courier and notify the provider as soon as possible.
For contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason, in accordance with applicable law.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
The consumer must notify the provider of their decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement before the 14-day period expires.
The buyer may send the withdrawal notice to the provider's email address, or to the address:
Kmetija pr' Dragic, Vrhunec VIII, Vrbnje 36, 4240 Radovljica, Slovenia
The buyer must return the product no later than 14 days from the day they notified the provider of the withdrawal from the contract.
The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed with the provider.
The provider will refund payments received no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. The provider may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received, or until proof has been provided that the goods have been sent back.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment the buyer used for the original transaction, unless the buyer and the provider agree otherwise.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the cases set out in the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).
This applies, among other things, to goods which, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, and to certain sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the security seal was opened after delivery.
Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may therefore apply to individual products, depending on their nature.
The returned product must be undamaged, or in a condition that allows its nature, characteristics and functioning to be established.
The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For products that are sealed and not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be lost if the seal was opened after delivery.
In the event of non-conformity of goods or other defects, the buyer may exercise their rights in accordance with applicable law.
The buyer should notify the provider of the identified issue as soon as possible and, if possible, include photographs of the product and a description of the problem.
The provider will handle the complaint in accordance with applicable regulations and will inform the buyer of the further procedure.
The provider strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information in the online shop, but is not liable for temporary unavailability of the online shop, technical issues, or disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its control.
The provider is not liable for damage arising from improper use of a product, or use contrary to the instructions, warnings or information provided with the product.
The provider processes buyers' personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
Personal data provided by the buyer when placing an order is used to process the order, communicate with the buyer, carry out payment, and deliver the ordered goods, as well as for other purposes for which the provider has an appropriate legal basis.
More detailed information is provided in the online shop's Privacy Policy.
The online shop may use cookies to ensure the website functions correctly, to improve the user experience, for analytics, and for other purposes, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The relationship between the provider and the consumer is governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, taking into account all mandatory rights afforded to the consumer under applicable legislation.
The provider may amend or supplement these Terms of Business due to changes in legislation, its business operations, or for other reasons.
Each order is governed by the terms published and in effect at the time the order was placed.
These Terms of Business are published on the Kmetija pr' Dragic online shop website.
